People Magazine and CNBC ran articles about the birth of a Vegan meal delivery service 22 Days Nutrition. It appears that Beyoncé is lending her star power to her trainer Marco Borges as they partner in this new venture.
This interest on the part of Beyoncé is an outgrowth of the 22 Days Nutrition Challenge that she and her husband Jay Z undertook in December of 2013. They both agreed to eat a Vegan diet for 22 days based on the theory that it takes 21 days to break a habit. Apparently, it worked!
Head on over to 22 Days Nutrition and check it out. They say that all of their food is gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, non-GMO and organic to name a few of the whole food eating buzz words. They will deliver anywhere in the United States via Fed EX and have varying meal plan options and pricing ($9.24 – $14.85 per meal per day). While there, I took the opportunity to browse some of their other products like protein bars and protein powder which also looked very promising.
I browsed the nutritional information on their site (kudos for providing it so readily) and was pleased with the purity in their ingredients. I hope to try some of their products soon!
