This week, Yahoo posted an interesting article by way of Healthy Living, about seven foods that can impair your weight loss goals.
The sum up:
Ditch the light yogurt, instant breakfast drinks, liquid meals, 100 calorie snack packs, calorie deficient diet meals, high sodium soups and 6″ subs.
Greg Presto says:
The companies that market these foods are trying to make money, not make you healthier, happier, or thinner. And what they use to make foods low-cal or low-fat can endanger your heart, spike your blood sugar, and make you even hungrier.
Some of the suggested solutions to the seven evil foods may be helpful. Eat Greek yogurt instead of lite yogurt – it’s more filling and has more protein. Don’t have liquid breakfasts. Check out some of the other suggestions here .
