My first experience with Falksalt was love at first sight, smell, and taste–and I’ve been head over heels ever since. I incorporate their delicious sea salt flakes in many of my savory creations, letting their designer flavors take the recipe in a unique direction. And though I use these salts to cook with, they are finishing salts. If you were putting on a designer dress for an evening out, these would be your favorite matching jewelry.
Beyond my full review of Falksalt’s Citron Sea Salt, there is further proof in the pudding: Below you will find an assortment of recipes where I have featured one of their salts, along with the particular flavor that was featured.

Desserts and sweets are always great recipes to try. I am also always on the lookout for weekend breakfast ideas. We have an easy set routine for workday mornings, but I like to make a bigger breakfast/brunch on the weekends.
Jana says
Thanks, Mary Beth! What I love about most of my dessert recipes is that while they taste like dessert they are healthy enough to eat for breakfast. Making a bigger breakfast/brunch on the weekends is a great idea! In our family the kitchen is always a great place to hang out and catch up on the weekend too.

It would be fun to see some traditional comfort food recipes converted into plant based recipes.

Thanks so much Annamarie, for taking the time to share some feedback! As luck would have it, today I began working on a plant based meatball recipe that does not use soy products or yeast flakes! I am really excited about it and can’t wait to share it on the blog!!
